An inadvertent error has crept into the order passed on 7th May, 2026.

In the cause title of the order, the name of Mr. Mohammad Mahmud be incorporated as learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in place and stead of Mrs. Sabnam Debar Dhan and Mrs. Kakali Naskar.

The Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order accordingly.

This order be treated as part of the order dated 7th May, 2026.
