Roy Mr. Abhishek Banerjee ...for the petitioner Mr. Pantu Deb Roy ...for the State The petitioner has some grievance as to violation of terms and conditions of some other vehicle in a route for which he filed a representation to the respondent nos. 2 and 3. Today the petitioner prays for considering the said representation dated 20th January, 2021 which is annexed P-3 of the writ application.

Learned advocate, Mr. Deb Roy, appears for the State-respondents submits that some reasonable time was required to be given for consideration of this representation because of the present situation including Pandemic.

Therefore, I direct the respondents to consider the representation by six weeks from this date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to take a decision thereon by the said six weeks

time and to communicate the same to the petitioner by two weeks thereafter.

With the above order, this writ application is disposed of.
