IA No. CRAN 3 of 2020 In Re: An application for modification and/or clarification of conditions on anticipatory bail.

This is an application for modification of the order dated 31st July, 2020.

Petitioner was unable to furnish local surety. Under such circumstances, the condition of bail imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 31st July, 2020 is modified and it is directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two registered sureties of Rs. 5,000/- each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

Other conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioner shall continue.

The application is thus, disposed.
