And In Re : Sandip Halder ..... petitioner Mr. Suvom Dutta Ms. Ishita Biswas ... for the petitioner Mr. Saibal Bapuli, learned APP Mr. Bibaswan Bhattacharya ... for the State Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he is in custody for 303 days. He renews his prayer for bail. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in January, 2023 on merits. There is no change in the circumstances since then. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
