It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that the petitioners are not aware of the fact as to whether the Complaint Case No. 3920 of 2004/T.R. Case No. 281 of 2004 is still pending before the learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore or not. It is also submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that on behalf of the petitioners attempts were made to obtain the information as regards pendency of the original complaint case out of which the instant revision arises but they did not get any information from the court below.

The learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore is directed to submit a status report of

Case No. C-3920 of 2004/T.R. Case No. 281 of 2004 by 20th May, 2022.
