Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as in spite of informing the Officerin-Charge, Balagarh Police Station on 03.06.2024, till date no action has been taken.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that police authorities have recorded General Diary Entry and at the relevant point of time also drew up proceedings under Sections 107/116(3) of Cr.P.C. Having considered the passage of time which has passed in the meantime, I direct that in case the police authorities find that there are still strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents, the police authorities would keep a surveillance and ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of such strained relationship.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 7398 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
