Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the incident arose out of previous enmity.

Learned advocate for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report and the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The de facto complainant is represented.

Considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner therein as it transpires from the Case Diary and considering the injury report of one of the victims, we are unable to grant the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Consequently, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM(A) 1842 of 2022 is dismissed.
