1. We have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned Advocate for the State.

2. The contempt application has been filed alleging wilful violation of the judgment and order dated 7th February, 2023 by which there is a time limit fixed for the respondents to consider the application for revocation of the cancellation of the licence.

3. The learned Government counsel submitted that order has been passed by the authority on 18th April, 2023.

4. Though the order has not within the time frame fixed by this Court on considering the reason assigned by the respondent for not being able to strictly adhered to the time schedule, we do not wish

to initiate any action for contempt as the direction has been complied with though not within the time stipulated. Therefore, the contempt petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the appellant to challenge the order dated 18th April, 2023 before the appropriate forum.
