Advocate for the petitioners that they would abide by the directions passed by the ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, 20th Court, Calcutta in future in connection with C.S. Case No. 47661 of 2019.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1201 of 2024 is disposed of.
