Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, WPA 7092 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to dispose of the election of the Kaliara Samabay Krishi Unnayan Samity Limited (that is, respondent No.5), as expeditiously as possible,

preferably within three months from date, in adherence to proper legal formalities.
