The present writ application of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to consider the representation filed by the petitioner to regularize his service book. It is submitted that till date the authority concerned has not taken any action on the said representation.

Considering the relief prayed for, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the concerned respondents shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2018 within 60 days from the date of communication of this order on hearing the petitioner and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law.

The concerned authority shall also consider the matter relating to the petitioner's pensionery

benefit/dues as the petitioner has already superannuated.

In case the authorities are not empowered to consider the same the said matter shall be placed before the appropriate authorities who shall also consider the same within 30 days from the matter being referred.

WPA 6339 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
