Inspite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit.

Order dated 25.09.2014 by the trial court in connection with Egra Police Station Case No. 309 of 2014 dated 12.09.2014 under Sections 498A/306/120B IPC is assailed in this revision. The trial court, by dint of the order impugned has dropped the investigation in this case, on the ground that on the selfsame cause of action between the selfsame parties there has been another police case filed, investigation of which being continued. On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 708 of 2015 is dismissed.

In view of dismissal of this revision the connected application being CRAN 1 of 2015 (Old No: CRAN 736 of 2015) is also dismissed. Certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all the requisite formalities. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
