None appears on behalf of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 11.11.2022 and has been called on each day of working of this court since that date. Inspite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit.

The petitioners prayed for quashment of the proceedings in connection with Bowbazar Enforcement Branch Police Station Case No. 564 of 2016 dated 30.10.2013. The same was lodged under Sections 93

(6) of the West Bengal VAT Act and Central Sales Act, 1956 read with Sections 120B/403/420 IPC.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 709 of 2015 is dismissed. In view of the dismissal of this revision the connected applications being CRAN 5 of 2016 (Old No: CRAN 1614 of 2016), CRAN 6 of 2016 (Old No: CRAN 2479 of 2016), CRAN 9 of 2018 (Old No: CRAN 742 of 2018) are also dismissed.
