The petitioner was to approach the Appellate Authority by 3rd May, 2024. However, in view of the typographical error despite communication of the order no steps in terms of the said order dated 25th April, 2024 could be taken. Let the word '3rd May, 2023' be corrected as 9th May, 2024. The extension from 3rd May, 2024 to 9th May, 2024 is granted because by the time the correction is made '3rd May, 2024' has already crossed. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 25th April, 2024.
