The writ petitioner's daughter went missing after she went for taking private tuition. Upon complaint being registered with the Santipur Police Station, a case being no. 112 of 2021 has been registered on 13.02.2021 under Sections 363/365/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In course of investigation the victim girl was recovered and after medical examination was handed over to her parents.

It is submitted that statements under Section 161 as well as 164 of the Cr. P. C. have been recorded and a charge sheet being no.

163 of 2021 dated 31.03.2021 has been filed in respect of the said Police Station Case No. 112 of 2021.

The petitioner thereafter complained on 22.03.2021 that the accused persons being

private respondent nos. 7 to 9 have continued to threaten and pressurize the petitioner to withdraw the original complaint. An FIR was registered as Santipur Police Station Case No. 189 of 2021 dated 22.03.2021 under Sections 195A/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. After investigation a charge sheet has been filed against the accused persons in respect of the FIR being Charge Sheet no. 175 of 2021 dated 31.03.2021.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused persons are on bail and are continuing to threaten the petitioner.

The petitioner may approach the Santipur Police Station with specific particulars of threats received by her immediately. The Officer-in-Charge, Santipur Police Station shall, if he finds violation of conditions of bail, move the appropriate court for immediate cancellation of such bail.

In the meantime, however, the petitioner shall be afforded security by the Santipur Police Station for a period of three days by stationing a constable outside her house. The said Officer-in-Charge, Santipur Police Station may thereafter maintain a regular vigil on the said premises.

Instructions addressed to the learned Government Pleader by the Officer-in-Charge, Santipur Police Station dated 03.06.2021 be kept with the record.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertaking.
