Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the present revisional application has become infructuous in view of the subsequent order dated April 6, 2026 having been passed by the learned Appellate Court in Misc. Appeal No.14 of 2026. He further submits that the petitioner shall take appropriate steps to challenge the aforesaid order dated April 6, 2026.

2. In such view of the matter, CO 1134 of 2026 is disposed of as having become infructuous.
