We have considered the materials on record. Eye witnesses implicate the petitioner. He had absconded for more than seven years. Hence, he does not stand on the same footing with the coaccuseds who are on bail. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
