In view of the nature of the allegations made in the writ petition, if any violation under the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 is detected, then in that case the concerned BL&LRO will report to the police station and thereafter on assessment of such report police authorities will proceed in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 7373 of 2025 is disposed of.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
