Learned counsel for the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is the de facto complainant in this case. He lodged the FIR in question on 09.06.2024 and charge-sheet has submitted on 31.08.2024. Charges have not been framed yet. As the petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of the proceeding, no prejudice will be caused if an order is passed without directing the service of notice to the other side. It does not appear that there is any significant delay occasioned in the proceeding.

However, it is expected that the trial court would conclude the proceeding in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities. ( Jay Sengupta, J. )
