An affidavit of compliance has been filed on behalf of the Director of Public Instruction. The prayer of the petitioners have been rejected by the Deputy Director of Public Instruction by passing a reasoned order dated 19th April, 2023.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the same.

I am afraid that this Court in contempt jurisdiction may not be the appropriate forum to decide the legality of the reasoned order.

In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the reasoned order before the proper forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
