Ms. Roy Chouduhury, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent-Bank submits that though the writ-petition seeks to challenge the proceedings initiated by the Bank under Section 14 of The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, the matter has been settled by the petitioner as would appear from a copy of the statement showing the closing balance as 'zero'.

3. Let a copy of the said statement be kept with the record.

4. In view of the afore-stated, WPA 8474 of 2021 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
