The revisional application has been preferred challenging the continuance of the proceedings relating to Patashpur P. S. Case No. 194 of 2014. Record reflects that the Investigating Agency on completion of investigation submitted chargesheet under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC and Sections 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Record also reflects that chargesheet was submitted in the year 2014. Petitioners are matrimonial relations of the opposite party no.2.

Having considered the fact that the case was initiated in the year 2014 and chargesheet was submitted in the year 2014 and the petitioenrs approached this court in the year 2021 challenging the chargesheet and no persuasion has been made in spite of submitting before this court on 17.04.2021 that they intend to file a supplementary affidavit incorporating the order framing charge, I am of the opinion that further pendency of the revisional application

before this court is unwarranted. The trial court should not stall the proceedings of the criminal case any further and continue with the trial/evidence of the case regularly in a smooth manner. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 928 of 2021 is dismissed.
