13.12.2021 sl.16,sk ct.29 C.R.R.812 of 2010 In the matter of Ram Chandra Kamila. .....petitioner. Mr. Binay Kumar Panda Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya ...for the State.

Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda along with Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya, learned Advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda and Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya learned advocates in due course. The learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that conditional stay was granted by the court on 19.3.2010 after admitting the revisional application. Thereafter, none appears on behalf of the petitioner far to speak of compliance report to the Court's order.

From the impugned order dated 29.6.2009 and 4.3.2010 that it is found that warrant of arrest issued by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Contai against the petitioner/opposite party for non-payment of in Misc. Execution Case No. 43 of 2006 under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.

After 19.3.2010, this court passed an order staying execution case on some conditions but that was not complied with as it appears from the record.

On careful perusal of the impugned order, I do not find any illegality or irregularity therein. Thus, this revisional application stands disposed of.
