This appeal has been filed by the appellant/claimant against the judgment and award dated November 13, 2014 passed by the learned Judge, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District Judge, 5th Court, Nadia in M.A.C. Case No. 428 of 2006. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 2/Assurance Company submits that the matter has been settled and the Assurance Company is now required to pay a further sum of Rs.3,20,000/- (Rupees three lakh twenty thousand) to the appellant/claimant.

In light of the above submission, the respondent no. 2/Assurance Company is directed to pay a further sum of Rs.3,20,000/- (Rupees three lakh twenty thousand) to the appellant's/ claimant's bank account directly within a period of four weeks from date of furnishing his bank details.

The appellant/claimant is directed to provide his bank details along with proof of identity to the Assurance

Company within a period of two weeks and upon receipt of the same, the Assurance Company is directed to deposit a further sum of Rs.3,20,000/- (Rupees three lakh twenty thousand) to the appellant's/claimant's bank account within four weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, the instant appeal is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all formalities, on priority basis.
