1. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the order passed by this Court on 24th March, 2023. However, this order should not be read in isolation as there were several orders passed by this Court commencing from the order dated 4th November, 2022.

2. At this juncture, the applicant has engaged a new counsel and seeks for modification.

3. We have heard the contentions raised and also perused the grounds on which such modification is sought for and we find absolutely no ground to entertain the application or to modify the earlier orders passed by this Court.

4. Hence, the application being, I.A. No. CAN 3 of 2023 stands dismissed.
