After perusing the order impugned in the instant appeal and taking into account the report of the Stamp Reporter, we find that the appellant does not have a remedy of filing an appeal against the impugned order. The appeal is, thus, not maintainable and the same is hereby dismissed.

In view of the dismissal of the appeal itself, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2023 has become infructuous and the same is also dismissed.

However, dismissal of the appeal shall not prevent the appellant to assail the impugned order before the appropriate forum.

The certified copy of the impugned order shall be returned to the Advocate-on-Record of the appellant upon replacement with photocopy therein by the Assistant Court Officer.
