Mr. Pravas Bhattacharya Mr. Sandip Chakraborty ....for the State Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Pravas Bhattacharya and Mr. Sandip Chakraborty, learned Advocates in due course. Learned lawyer on behalf of the State appears and submits that this revisional application was directed against the order dated 29.06.2009 and 04.03.2010 in connection with Misc. Execution Case No. 107 of 2008 under Section 125 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is further submitted that this Court, on 19.03.2010, passed an order staying execution case on condition to pay 50% of the arrear amount and in default, the interim stay shall be vacated automatically without any further reference to this Court.

From the record I find that after 19th March, 2010, the petitioner never took any steps in this case and after careful perusal of the impugned order dated 29.06.2009 and 04.03.2010, i do not find any illegality or irregularity therein and I find no reason to continue this revisional

application further.

Thus, the revisional application stands disposed of. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
