1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today, is taken on record.

2. An application for transfer of the petitioner on the medical ground was forwarded by the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Paschim Medinipur to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission on February 4, 2022. The same is still pending.

3. The petitioner in this writ petition has sought for consideration of his application by the Commission expeditiously and an order be issued by the same recommending for transfer of the petitioner.

4. Parties are represented.

5. In such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 to consider the petitioner's application for transfer on medical ground in accordance with law, subject to availability of vacancy, positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of copy of this order.

6. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents including the private respondents.

7. With the above observations and directions, the writ petition being No WPA 7612 of 2023 is disposed of, along with the pending applications, if any.

8. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
