Learned advocate appearing for the parties submits, upon instructions that, a final order in terms of the direction passed by this Court has been passed on 15th April, 2024.

The petitioners apprehend that the direction passed in the final order of the Executive Engineer may not be complied with within a reasonable time. The Executive Engineer shall take necessary steps in terms of the final order that has been passed. The reasoned order dated 15th April, 2024 and the instruction forwarded by the Executive Engineer, Building Department, Borough-XI signed on 16th April, 2024 be retained with the records.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
