Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda along with Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya, learned Advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Legal Remembrancer, Government of West Bengal is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda and Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya learned advocates in due course.

The learned Advocates on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 as well as the State are present.

It is submitted that this revisional application was directed against the order dated 7.1.2010 passed by the learned 15th Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Calcutta in connection with C. Case No. 668 of 2005 under Section 138/141 of the Negotiable Instrument Act for issuance of warrant of arrest against one of the accuseds being represented by Netail Chandra Maity.

In spite of specific direction of this court, the petitioner did not take any steps by filing affidavit of service. On careful perusal of the order impugned dated 7.1.2010 I do not find any illegality or irregularity in the order itself. Therefore, the revisional application stands disposed of accordingly. The trial court is requested to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, if not in the meantime. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J. )
