During course of hearing learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that present writ petition is not pressed in view of the order passed by the Executive Magistrate, S.D.E.M (S) Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad on 24th January, 2020. By the said order dated 24th January, 2020 proceeding initiated was dropped.

2. State respondents are represented by learned Additional Government Pleader and respondent nos. 4 and 5 are also represented by learned advocates.

3. In view of aforesaid submission writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.

4. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

5. Communication dated 8th April, 2026 of Officer-inCharge, Nowda Police Station, Murshidabad Police District is placed before this Court and same is taken on record. Copies of the said communication dated 8th April, 2026 are made over to the learned advocates representing the petitioner and respondent nos. 4 and 5.
