Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda Mr. Pravas Bhattacharya ....for the State Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda and Mr. Pravas Bhattacharya, learned Advocates in due course Learned advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that the petitioner is not taking steps for long time and actually not interested for proceeding with this application.

From the record I find that the petitioner is not taken steps since 2010. Further, petitioner did not comply with the direction of the Court by filing affidavit of service. After careful perusal of the impugned judgment dated 3rd September, 2019 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia, I do not find any irregularity or illegality to interfere.
