Petitioner assails an order dated December 24, 2024 passed in Complaint Case No. 2338 of 2024.

Petitioner submits that materials belonging to the petitioner were not found. Therefore, he sought to proceed by way of private complaint which was declined by the Jurisdictional Court as recorded in the impugned order. Materials placed on record suggest that there was an award of contract in favour of the petitioner. Apparently, there are disputes between the petitioner and the authorities in respect of the awarded contract. Diverse litigations are pending

between the petitioners and the authority which granted the contract.

By the impugned order, learned Judge took note of the proceedings. Learned Judge also perused the documents. Learned Judge found that the knowledge of theft was on February 12, 2020 and that the complaint was belated. Learned Judge took into consideration other materials. Learned Judge gave reasons as to why the admission of the case was refused.

I find no material irregularity in the impugned order dated December 24, 2024 requiring interference. In such circumstances, C.R.R. 1583 of 2025 and the connected application being CRAN 1 of 2025 are dismissed without any order as to costs.
