Petitioners complain that despite the letter dated January 11, 2021 requesting the authorities to inform the petitioners as to the particulars of the second appellate authority, the petitioners were not given such information.

Learned advocate, appearing for the respondent nos.2 to 7, submits that the Central Information Commission is the second appellate authority.

In such circumstances, the petitioners may take steps in accordance with law so far as the second appeal is concerned.

WPA 8486 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
