Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the police filed charge-sheet. The petitioners are ladies. The custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure which squarely implicates both the petitioners.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary including the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. CRM (A) 1847 of 2022 is rejected.
