The present revisional application was preferred against the proceedings arising out of Mongolkoke P. S. Case No. 14/12 dated 02.02.2012 being G. R. Case No. 68 of 2012 pending before the learned ACJM, Katwa, Burdwan. Pursuant to earlier order dated 16th August, 2021 passed by this court, a report has been submitted by the Inspector-in-Chage, Mangalkote P. S., Purba Burdwan through the learned advocate for the State. Let it be kept with the record.
The report reflects that 13 witnesses have already been examined and examination of 12 witnesses are left. The next date has been fixed on 25th November, 2021 for evidence.
Having regard to the fact that the trial of the case is proceeding, I am of the view that no interference is required so far as the present revisional application is concerned. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1035 of 2012 is dismissed.
All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
