The State says that the petitioner is a member of the Legislative Assembly and there are allegations against the petitioner of trying to coerce persons involved in the public distribution system to make grains and cereal available to the petitioner at lower cost for the petitioner to supply the same to others to further the petitioner's political cause.

The complaint pertains to the private respondent apparently supplying inferior goods through the ration system.

The petitioner may be best served if the petitioner lodges a complaint for the process of law to be set in motion appropriately thereupon. The matter should not be pursued any further as public interest litigation.

This order should not prejudice the petitioner's complaint, if carried to the appropriate authority in accordance with law.

WPA 5548 of 2020 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
