Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery in the present case is of 52 kgs. of ganja. Petitioner is a truck driver and suffering from HIV.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the investigation of the case is in progress. Having considered the same, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Petitioner, if he is suffering from medical grounds will take out an appropriate application before the jurisdictional court, jurisdictional court would ensure that the health of the petitioner is properly monitored. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM(NDPS) 600 of 2026 is rejected.
