1. There is no substance in the contempt petition.

2. It is sad to note that an employee of a District Judgeship is litigating for seniority when his seniority actually stood settled in terms of the judgment and order initially on March 20, 2018 and, thereafter, gradation list being published with regard thereto by the District Judge.

3. Learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the contempt petition.

4. In such circumstances , CPAN/312/2019 in FMA/768/2010 and CPAN/313/2019 in FMA/881/2010 are dismissed as withdrawn.
