Learned counsel for the WBSEDCL files written instructions indicating that the electricity line, for which the present writ petition was filed, has been given to the petitioner in the meantime.

The written instruction filed by learned counsel for the WBSEDCL be kept on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although an electricity line has been given, all proper apparatus relating thereto have not been affixed by the WBSEDCL.

Be that as it may, since the limited scope of the present contempt application has spent its force in view of the WBSEDCL having given the electricity connection, CPAN 316 of 2019 is disposed of without any order as to costs.

It is made clear that the petitioner will be at liberty to ventilate its further grievances, if any, relating to the

complete apparatus of the electricity connection, before the WBSEDCL.

If such a grievance is raised, the WBSEDCL shall decide the same upon hearing the petitioner.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
