Petitioner being a nationalized bank approached 28.04.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.11 Rakib this Court that inspite of an order passed by the District Magistrate till date the police authorities have not rendered their assistance as the requisite cost has not been communicated to them.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report enclosing the communication of the Superintendent of Police, Bongaon Police District dated 17.04.2025.

Having considered that such a communication and the cost has been quantified, I am of the view that the purpose for which the writ petition has been filed has been subserved. Petitioner as has been communicated would deposit the cost for necessary police assistance. With the aforesaid observations WPA 7548 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
