CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE ( Via Video Conference ) CRR 1041 of 2012 In Re : Anil Basak ........Petitioner.

In the matter of : An application under Sections 401, 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The present revisional application has been preferred against the order dated 31st January, 2012 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Kalna, Burdwan in Criminal Motion No. 1 of 2009.

The grievance of the petitioner relates to an order of interim maintenance being passed by the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Kalna in Misc. Case No. 93 of 2004 vide order dated 12.08.2004 and implementing the same vide Money Execution Case No. 65 of 2007 vide its order dated 17th June, 2008.

Having regard to the quantum of interim maintenance of Rs.500/- so awarded, I am of the view that the same do not call for any interference by this court.

As such, the present revisional application being CRR 1041 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

The wife/opposite party will be at liberty to recover the arrears by taking out an appropriate application before the learned Magistrate.
