74/2025 is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Serampore, Hooghly and Misc. Appeal No. 8/2025 is also pending.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he intends to clear all the dues of the Aadhar Housing Finance Limited. So far as the said prayer is concerned, the same can be entertained by the tribunal established under the SARFAESI Act. This court has got no jurisdiction to interfere with the same.

State has submitted a report. The report reflects that the Housing Finance Limited that is the respondent no. 5 has already taken over notional possession of the property.

In view of the aforesaid petitioner would be at liberty to approach the tribunal under the SARFAESI Act for appropriate reliefs.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 7550 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
