Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as in spite of the status quo order being passed the private respondents are exerting their dominance and trying to grab the land of the petitioners. To that effect, information was furnished and according to the petitioner the order of injunction is being willfully violated by the private respondents.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report. Prima facie from the report it reflects that the contents of the petitioner are disputed on enquiry by the Officer-in-charge, Dhubulia Police Station and the same according to

the police authorities are based on report of the different government departments.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 6 to 10 submits that the contentions in the writ petition are contrary to the records of the case. Consequently no interference may be made.

I have considered the submissions of the respective parties and I am of the view that the petitioner would approach the jurisdictional civil court if the status quo order is being violated by the private respondents. If the said court passes any direction upon the police authorities for rendering assistance, police authorities would then respect, obey and implement the order. In the meantime, police authorities would only ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioners and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 7551 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report without annexure be handed over to both the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
