We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is in custody for 70 days. Father of the victim stated that the petitioner misrepresented his marital status as well as his religion and cohabited with the minor. Upon coming to know of the real state of affairs, she committed suicide.

In view of the aforesaid facts and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Hence, application for bail is rejected.
