Petitioners pray for waiver of the conditions of bail. Records reflect that on 01.11.2025, petitioners were granted interim bail by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that he has no instruction whether the bail till date has been confirmed or not.

Having regard to the same, I direct that the learned court in seisin of the case will consider the issue of confirmation of bail. In case after confirmation of bail, the petitioners apply for relaxation of the conditions imposed, learned court would consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the application, being CRM (M) 885 of 2026, is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
