In view of the recent notification of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice regarding functioning of this court and the subordinate judiciary during the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, the phrase "preferably not later than 29th April, 2021" be deleted from our order (25.03.2021) and replaced by the phrase "when the business of the court permits".

The order of injunction referred to in the second paragraph of the order will continue till

further order of the learned court below, provided the bank guarantee is renewed by 30th April, 2021.
