IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA

Item No.4 CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION Ct.No.34 dc.

C.R.R. 1063 of 2012 (Via Video Conference) Sri Amrit Ranjan Maity & Anr.

versus Sri Subhendu Kumar Pradhan & Anr.

In Re: An Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Mr. Mukteswar Maity ... For the Petitioners.

Mr. Imran Ali, Ms. Debjani Sahu ... For the State.

The grievance of the petitioners is related to certain conditions imposed in an order dated 01.03.2012, granting anticipatory bail, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Purba Medinipur in Criminal Misc. Case No. 449 of 2012. Learned advocate for the petitioners has produced the order dated 25.09.2012 which reflects that learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Contai pursuant to submission of charge-sheet has been pleased to confirm the bail. Let a photostat copy of the order so passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Contai be kept with the record. In view of the change of circumstance, the present revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR 1063 of 2012 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
