We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the minor victim aged around seven years implicates the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault.

In view of the gravity of offence and incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Hence, application for bail is rejected.
