Learned advocate appearing for the State relies upon a written instructions and submits that, the police did not find any substance in the claim of the petitioner that he received threatening phone call from the private opposite party. State and the private opposite party are represented. In view of the allegation of post bail misconduct by the private opposite party remaining unsubstantiated, we find no reason to interfere with the order dated October 15, 2022.
